Refund/Exchange Policy
1. Contact us at nadirashoppe2020@gmail.com to offer a refund or exchange. Please give a reason and, if possible, provide a photo of the product.
2. Please wait for our staff to respond to your email before returning the product to us.
3. Return the item (s) to us in its original state and packaging within 7 days of receiving the email confirming shipping.
4. The submission will be reviewed within 14 working days of its receipt.
5. Return & Refund of Goods will be arranged for the following reasons: if the products shipped are faulty or defective; if the products are nearing or have expired; or if the product delivered does not match the Order. Returns and refunds must be made under the same condition, amount, and packaging as when the product was initially shipped to the buyer, along with evidence of purchase.
6. All returned item(s) are subject to quality management review and clearance.
7. Sale and reduced item(s) are not returnable or exchangeable.
8. Item(s) must be unused/unwashed/unworn and in the same state as when bought. You must display the original receipt in the original wrapping.
9. It is your duty to ensure that the item (s) hit us. We highly advise that you submit your package via registered mail with a tracking number so that you can trace it. The expense of returning an object (s) is not refundable and must be paid by you.
10. There will be no cash refunds to customers from the store cashier. The refund would be made in the same manner that the original transfer was made online.
Refunds
After we collect and inspect your return(s), we will notify you by email of the status of your refund. If your request is accepted, we will process the refund and contact you by email once payment has been sent. You would be responsible for any transaction fees imposed by the payment processor.

Products for sale
Only regular-priced goods are available for a reimbursement or exchange; sadly, discount items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
